I am very excited to announce that The EverRest Group has asked me to speak at their Second Annual National Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 21, 2015.  The subjects I will be speaking include valuing, buying and selling air conditioning contracting businesses.

Whether you are thinking about buying an HVAC business for growth or planning to one day sell your HVAC business, this session will enlighten you to the benchmarks, strategies as well as the potential pitfalls of selling or buying a contracting business.

The 2nd Annual National Convention takes place in New Orleans at the The Westin on April 20th through the 22nd and will be attended by air conditioning contractors throughout the United States.

I plan to pack as much information about business valuations, buying and selling as time will permit and do so on a level that will make sense for all air conditioning contractors in attendance.
