I was exited to see Matt Michel, CEO of the Service Roundtable, mention a relevant point in his recent article “3 Ways the Aging of America Will Impact Your Business” in Contracting Business Magazine recently: www.contractingbusiness.com/residential-hvac/3-ways-aging-america-will-impact-your-business
It is this exact subject that I will be covering at Comfortech in St. Louis this coming September. The folks at Contracting Business Magazine have asked me to present on the subject matter of timing and selling your business.
Everyday thousands of Baby Boomers throughout the United States reach the age of Golden Age of 65 and for many who are still operating their contracting business, the time to transition is on the horizon.
As Matt pointed out, answer questions about selling in advance and you will be able to start a new chapter in your life in a much better financial position. My goals and intentions are to answer as many questions that a would-be seller may have in regards to planning a transition.
I look forward to seeing you all in St. Louis.
